Venwall provides an online platform that connects listers who have properties or wallscapes to rent with renters seeking to rent such properties for uses including but not limited to private events, meetings, filming production, photoshoots, advertising, television and other types of creative bookings (collectively, the “Services”), which Services are accessible at venwall.com and any other websites through which Venwall makes the Services available (collectively, the “Site”).
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about how we treat Personal Information that we collect from and about you. If you do not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy, then we cannot provide our Site or Services to you, and you should deactivate your account and not use any part of our Site.
Where the definition of a term does not appear in this Privacy Policy (such as “Listing”, “Property”, “Content” etc.), it shall be given its definition as outlined in our Terms of Service.
“Affiliates” means companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.
“Aggregated Information” means information about all of our users or specific groups or categories of users that we combine together so that it no longer identifies or references an individual user.

When you use certain features of the Site, we may collect location information such as IP address, zip code, or GPS-based location. You may disable location tracking through your device settings.
We may collect information automatically recorded by our servers, including IP address, date and time of access, hardware and software details, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time spent on pages.
Venwall uses cookies and similar technologies. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
Our Site may include social plugins (e.g., Facebook Like Button). These Third Parties may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
You expressly consent to receive communications from Venwall via email, phone calls, text messages, push notifications, or other means for transactional, customer service, marketing, promotional, or administrative purposes.
You may opt out of marketing communications by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting support@venwall.com. Standard messaging rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not prevent transactional or account-related messages.

Venwall is not responsible for Third-Party websites or their privacy practices. Google Maps usage is governed by Google’s terms and privacy policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance.
All feedback submitted to Venwall becomes the exclusive property of Venwall, including all intellectual property rights.
